Stadium Led Regeneration

The power of sport to catalyse and fund major regeneration is a striking feature of the past decade or so. I have been involved in a number of such projects.

Ranging from the government-sponsored London Olympic project to the mainly privately funded Arsenal Scheme and the recent Saracens RFC Copthall Stadium project, they involve a variety of challenges and they demand sound and innovative planning and site assembly solutions.

All matters are unique but there are often recurring themes. The case summaries provide examples of particular issues that were addressed successfully in these projects, but the information is necessarily limited in order to protect client confidentiality.
